Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,339 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi, Endosomal transport, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with ALS2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALS2-to-partner and partner-to-ALS2 results are reported.
