ALS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 799 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X2, OBP2B, and GRK7. Each is linked with ALS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALS2-to-partner and partner-to-ALS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11X2 grouped by ALS2-low versus ALS2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
