ALPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,139 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALPL_S110, ARHGAP31_S954, and ARHGEF17. Each is linked with ALPL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPL-to-partner and partner-to-ALPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALPL versus ALPL_S110 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
