Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,613 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN3, FPR1, and HP. Each is linked with ALPL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPL-to-partner and partner-to-ALPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALPL versus FCN3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
