Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,125 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, GPATCH11, and BUB3. Each is linked with ALPL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPL-to-partner and partner-to-ALPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by ALPL-low versus ALPL-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
