Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with ALPL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPL-to-partner and partner-to-ALPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ALPL-low versus ALPL-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
