Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,539 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Establishment of RNA localization, and Response to sodium phosphate. Each is linked with ALPL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPL-to-partner and partner-to-ALPL results are reported.
