The most reproducible ALPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE3B, HJV, and PPP2R2B. Each is linked with ALPL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPL-to-partner and partner-to-ALPL results are reported.
