Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALPI Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALPI data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ALPI Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALPI expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC, READ, and BLCA are the cancer types where ALPI Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
