ALOXE3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOXE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,221 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOXE3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1QBP, RCN1, and RPL38. Each is linked with ALOXE3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOXE3-to-partner and partner-to-ALOXE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALOXE3 versus C1QBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOXE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOXE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
