ALOXE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOXE3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOXE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Akt_pT308, and PRAS40_pT246. Each is linked with ALOXE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOXE3-to-partner and partner-to-ALOXE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by ALOXE3-low versus ALOXE3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOXE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOXE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
