ALOX5AP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX5AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX5AP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP9, DPYD, and APBB1IP. Each is linked with ALOX5AP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX5AP-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX5AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALOX5AP versus ARHGAP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX5AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX5AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
