ALOX5AP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX5AP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX5AP-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with ALOX5AP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX5AP-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX5AP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by ALOX5AP-low versus ALOX5AP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX5AP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX5AP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
