Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALOX5AP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,117 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX5AP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Angiogenesis, Wound healing, spreading of epidermal cells, and Substrate adhesion-dependent cell spreading. Each is linked with ALOX5AP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX5AP-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX5AP results are reported.
