Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX15P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,140 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX15P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to lysosome, Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, and Regulation of intracellular protein transport. Each is linked with ALOX15P1 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX15P1-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX15P1 results are reported.
