ALOX15B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX15B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX15B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, eIF4E, and CDK1. Each is linked with ALOX15B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX15B-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX15B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by ALOX15B-low versus ALOX15B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX15B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX15B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
