ALOX15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALOX15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 101 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH6A, KAAG1, and DPPA2. Each is linked with ALOX15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX15-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RSPH6A grouped by ALOX15-low versus ALOX15-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
