ALMS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALMS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,815 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALMS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIHCG, NAA38, and SEMA4F. Each is linked with ALMS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALMS1-to-partner and partner-to-ALMS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALMS1 versus GIHCG in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALMS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALMS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
