ALMS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALMS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALMS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ALMS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALMS1-to-partner and partner-to-ALMS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ALMS1-low versus ALMS1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALMS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALMS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
