Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALLC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALLC data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ALLC Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALLC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
BLCA, READ, and LUAD are the cancer types where ALLC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
