ALLC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALLC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,295 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALLC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, ZYX_S344, and RUNX1_S21. Each is linked with ALLC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALLC-to-partner and partner-to-ALLC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALLC versus ZYX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALLC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALLC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
