ALLC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALLC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,079 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALLC-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP1-GIMAP5, CYCSP26, and MIR4429. Each is linked with ALLC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALLC-to-partner and partner-to-ALLC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GIMAP1-GIMAP5 grouped by ALLC-low versus ALLC-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALLC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALLC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
