ALLC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALLC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALLC-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPVF, DEFB132, and MYF6. Each is linked with ALLC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALLC-to-partner and partner-to-ALLC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPVF grouped by ALLC-low versus ALLC-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALLC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALLC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
