Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALKBH5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 12,562 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALKBH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH6, UBR4, and KIT. Each is linked with ALKBH5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH5-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYH6 grouped by ALKBH5-low versus ALKBH5-high in STAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
