Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALKBH2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALKBH2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ALKBH2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALKBH2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where ALKBH2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
