ALKBH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALKBH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALKBH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCO5A, KRTAP12-1, and KRTAP4-12. Each is linked with ALKBH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH1-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMCO5A grouped by ALKBH1-low versus ALKBH1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
