The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ALKAL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALKAL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LIHC and CESC are the cancer types where ALKAL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
