ALKAL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALKAL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,771 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALKAL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERO1A, RAB31, and SMARCA2. Each is linked with ALKAL2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKAL2-to-partner and partner-to-ALKAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
