Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,876 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALG9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF214, RSF1, and CD74. Each is linked with ALG9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG9-to-partner and partner-to-ALG9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG9 versus RNF214 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
