ALG9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 644 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF18, MTMR4, and EZH1. Each is linked with ALG9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG9-to-partner and partner-to-ALG9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG9 versus ARHGEF18 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
