Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALG6 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher ALG6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where ALG6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
