ALG5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,065 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR53, CBX1, and RBSN. Each is linked with ALG5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG5-to-partner and partner-to-ALG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG5 versus WDR53 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
