ALG5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,099 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLLT10P2, OR10R3P, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with ALG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG5-to-partner and partner-to-ALG5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MLLT10P2 grouped by ALG5-low versus ALG5-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
