Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and FoxM1. Each is linked with ALG5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG5-to-partner and partner-to-ALG5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by ALG5-low versus ALG5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
