Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALG5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,503 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Retrograde transport, vesicle recycling within Golgi, Mitochondrial translational termination, and Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. Each is linked with ALG5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG5-to-partner and partner-to-ALG5 results are reported.
