Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALG2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ALG2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and UCEC are the cancer types where ALG2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
