Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,716 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC61B, GPSM2, and ANAPC1. Each is linked with ALG2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG2-to-partner and partner-to-ALG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG2 versus SEC61B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
