Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Gab2, and ACVRL1. Each is linked with ALG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG2-to-partner and partner-to-ALG2 results are reported.
