Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,300 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to endoplasmic reticulum stress, Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Cellular response to topologically incorrect protein. Each is linked with ALG2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG2-to-partner and partner-to-ALG2 results are reported.
