ALG1L7P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG1L7P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,300 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG1L7P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MED1, GULP1, and APOO. Each is linked with ALG1L7P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1L7P-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1L7P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG1L7P versus MED1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG1L7P→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG1L7P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
