ALG1L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,512 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG1L2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM4_S122, ZNF148, and ZNF638_S1100. Each is linked with ALG1L2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1L2-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG1L2 versus ZMYM4_S122 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
