ALG1L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG1L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with ALG1L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1L2-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by ALG1L2-low versus ALG1L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
