Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALG1L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,181 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALG1L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with ALG1L2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1L2-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1L2 results are reported.
