Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALG14 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher ALG14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LGG, PRAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where ALG14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
