ALG13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,747 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CUL4B, RNF144A, and RPL14. Each is linked with ALG13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG13-to-partner and partner-to-ALG13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG13 versus CUL4B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
