ALG13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,277 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG13-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINH1, RIPK2, and CYRIB. Each is linked with ALG13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG13-to-partner and partner-to-ALG13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG13 versus SERPINH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
