ALG13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with ALG13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG13-to-partner and partner-to-ALG13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by ALG13-low versus ALG13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
