ALG13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALG13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 351 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG13-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM7, KRTAP19-3, and TBL1Y. Each is linked with ALG13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG13-to-partner and partner-to-ALG13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM7 grouped by ALG13-low versus ALG13-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
