Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALG12 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher ALG12 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
PRAD, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ALG12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
