ALG12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALG12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG12-associated genes across cancer lineages are ART5, LCE2C, and CYP2A13. Each is linked with ALG12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG12-to-partner and partner-to-ALG12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
